3. How do I know that I am getting all that I can from Capable?
If you think you know what you are doing, you can follow the manual. We have a knowledge base system of information. You can locate the article that resolves your question. Some of our reports are in multi media format so that you can see the program function. We also have on line multi media training and basic and advanced levels.

If your computer knowledge and time is limited it will prove faster, more efficient and CHEAPER to call me in to install and set up for you. If we are geographically separated and it is not timely for me to come to you, I can talk you through it all over the phone. That way I know you are set up in the most efficient way and that no items have been forgotten.
